Whole genome sequencing (~30X coverage) was performed on 30 Aotus nancymaae (owl monkey or Ma's night monkey) individuals from 6 pedigrees using the Illumina HiSeq platform at the Human Genome Sequencing Center, Baylor College of Medicine (BCM-HGSC). Variants were called within these samples by comparison to the reference assembly of Aotus nancymaae.
