Transcriptional changes in Aspergillus flavus-infected maize kernels

(Submitter supplied) Maize kernels are susceptible to infection by the opportunistic pathogen Aspergillus flavus. Infection results in reduction of grain quality and contamination of kernels with the highly carcinogenic mycotoxin, aflatoxin.
