    This locus was determined to be a processed pseudogene of Rps4x (GeneID:100362640) since it has a similar nucleotide sequence to the coding region of the parental gene, but contains no intact open reading frame. There is transcript support for this locus, suggesting that it may be a transcribed pseudogene.
