COMMENT     Total RNA was extracted from shock-frozen tissue; mRNA was purified
            on Ambion's poly(A)Purist columns. cDNAS was synthesised by the
            oligo-capping method described by Maruyama, K. and Sugano, S.
            (1994) Gene 138: 171-174 and by Suzuki, Y. et al. (1997) Gene 200:
            149-156 in order to enrich full-length cDNAs. The molecules were
            the inserted into the pDONR222.1 (Invitrogen), cloned and sequenced
            at the Genoscope, Evry, France by Applied Biosystems 3730 automated
            sequencers.
