The coding region has been updated to represent an alternative splice variant that is more supported by the available transcript and protein data. The update is supported by BC115037.1. This CCDS previously represented the delta(14-18) variant that is only partially described by RT-PCR analysis in PMID:9115959. However, its full-length exon combination is unknown, and thus the update was made based on a known full-length variant. |
