History Report on CCDS ID 46095 Re-query CCDS DB by CCDS ID:46095

InterpretationDateSourceCommentData
CCDS: Made public 09/02/2009 NCBI CCDS Release: 6
CCDS: Public note 07/08/2010 NCBI The 5'-most start codon based on available transcript data is represented in this CCDS. It should be noted that a possible upstream start codon, which is moderately well-conserved, is present. The use of this upstream start codon would result in a protein that is 15 aa longer at the N-terminus. However, other than AK297891.1, which is a read-through transcript from the upstream ZNF576 locus, there are no human or homologous transcripts supporting extension to this upstream start codon. The 15 aa extension is therefore not included in this CCDS representation. CCDS version: 46095.1
