The update is supported by BC115036.1 and BC115038.1. This CCDS previously represented the delta(2-10) variant that is only supported by BC106746.1, a partial mRNA, and by RT-PCR analysis from breast cancer tissues in PMID:9115959. However, its full-length exon combination is unknown, and thus the update was made based on a known full-length variant. |
