The coding region has been updated to represent an alternate splice pattern to extend the 3' CDS. There is no full-length support in any species, but models in many species are consistent with the long protein (e.g. human NP_775919.3). The update results in a different and substantially longer C-terminus, and also adds an internal exon. The last intron which lacks Mus musculus support completes an Ig domain. |
