In order to investigate the complex molecular mechanisms involved in the responses of Tetranychus urticae to high temperature stress, In this study, we conducted a comparative analysis of the transcriptomes of T. urticae exposed at 25 degrees centigrade and 39 degrees centigrade for 4 hours.
