To explore the molecular mechanism of tetraploid seed vigor decline, and differences in seed vigor between diploid Chinese cabbage seeds and tetraploid Chinese cabbage seeds, the transcriptome, untargeted metabolome and whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) were conducted to explore systematically gene expression, expression of metabolites and gene methylation between Diploid Chinese cabbage seeds and Tetraploid Chinese cabbage seeds.
