More...The work on collecting inertial material was carried out within the framework of the work "Phenotypic and molecular genetic features of L.iners and its role in ethical bacterial vaginosis", which began after approval of the ethical local dissertation committee and all patients signed a voluntary information agreement on the delivery and use of biomaterials for scientific purposes before the start of the study.
The study was supported by the state task of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation "Studying the mechanisms of resistance in clinically significant microorganisms to antimicrobial drugs with the formation of a collection of strains of microorganisms and the development of a test system containing molecular markers of new mechanisms of resistance of opportunistic microorganisms" (121111000032-4).
The study was approved by the Bioethics Committee for Biomedical Research of the FSBI "National Medical Research Center For Obstetrics, Gynecology And Perinatology named after Academician V.I.Kulakov" Ministry Of Health of the Russian Federation (Protocol No. 7 dated July 30, 2020) Less...
