The present study explores the whole-genome analysis and plant growth-promoting activities of three Sinorhizobium strains (FRNB45, FRNB101, and FRNB126), which were previously isolated from three distinct agroclimatic regions: the Western Plateau and Hills (Maharashtra), the Western Himalayas (Himachal Pradesh), and the Trans-Gangetic Plains (Haryana and Chandigarh), respectively.
