Whole genome of Gemfibrozil degrading Bacillus sp. strain GeD10 was sequenced with Illumina Hiseq2000. Contigs are assembled with CLC Genomics workbench version 5.5.1. De novo assembly parameters: bubble size 62, minimum contig length 1000, similarity fraction 0.95. Other parameters used were defaults (mismatch cost 2, insertion cost 3, deletion cost 3, length fraction 0.5, automatic word size). Raw coverage of 669 was calculated as the ratio of total reads' length over total assembled contigs. Total of 327 contigs were assembled and submitted to RAST annotation platform. Pseudo-EMBL file from RAST was then edited with a python script so that the annotations are compatible with EMBL guidelines. Less...
