Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) was performed to 44 paried isolated bacterial strains form the respiratory tract and blood specimens. Approximately 10 μg DNA for each strain was used to construct Illumina paired-end libraries with average insertion lengths of 500 base pairs (bp). Libraries were sequenced using the Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform. The following reads were removed from raw data by fastp with defualt parameters. The final cleaned reads with over 100X genome coverage for each strain were assembled by megaHIT v1.2.9. Less...
