Whole-genome sequencing confirmed coinfection of Mycobacterium ulcerans-infected lesions with Rhodococcus erythropolis: Two case reports.

We describe two coinfection cases of Mycobacterium ulcerans clinically infected lesions (Buruli ulcer) with Rhodococcus erythropolis, a bacterium of environmental origin with rare cases of human infection.
