We performed genome sequencing of the Plasmodium yoelii nigeriensis N67 parasite using the PacBio long-read sequencing technology and de novo assembled its genome. The assembly was carried out using HGAP with the PacBio long read sequences from the Plasmodium yoelii nigeriensis N67. Its Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Orthologs (BUSCO) based completeness levels are 92.5% and 96.6% at the Plasmodium and Apicomplexa levels, respectively. Less...
