Today, colistin-resistant strains are on the rise. We screened the Enterobacter cloacae complex carrying mcr-9, and performed whole genome sequencing in order to clarify the characteristics of the plasmids carrying mcr-9 strains, in order to describe the possible transmission mode of mcr-9, and to control the hospital Infection provides important data support; at this stage, the resistance mechanism of mcr-9 to colistin is still not fully understood, and it is of great significance to explore the possible resistance mechanism of mcr-9 by whole genome sequencing and other means.
