Draft genome of Agrobacterium sp. MS2, an MTBE degrader. This strain was found to be beneficial in a synthetic consortia with other two bacteria (Rhodococcus ruber EE6 & Paenibacillus etheri SH7T) in media with MTBE as sole carbon source. Sequencing of this genome gives insight into its social and/or MTBE degradation capacities.
