Mesorhizobium ciceri NBRC100389 was cultured with or without various methylated isoflavones including pratensein, biochanin A, genistein and naringenin at 30 °C for 24 hours, and the cells were applied to RNA extraction for sequencing. The sequencing was performed by NovaSeq 6000 (150 x 2 bp).
