Description

A novel Dehalobacter population designated Dehalobacter sp. strain T was enriched and characterized from the 111TCA-Dechlorinating enrichment culture which was also capable of dechlorinating chloroform (~0.78 mM), 1,1,2-trifluoro-2,2,1-trichloroethane, and 1,1,2-trichloroethane to dichloromethane, 1,1,2-trifluoro-ethylene, and vinyl chloride, respectively. Here we uploaded Metagenome-assembled genome sequence of Dehalobacter sp. strain T.
