Description

Protocols: Irrigation of 35C grown plants was stopped for 5 days prior to sampling (15C during the dark period, 16h day/8h night). Light intensity was adjusted to photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) of 200-300 mmol photons m-2 s-1 at leaf level. KAPA Library Quantification Kit - Illumina/ABI Prism User Guide (Kapa Biosystems, Inc., Woburn, MA, USA) were used in library preparation and RNA sequencing.
