The UNL-P-FN library is a normalized library representing porcine ovarian follicles, ranging between 2.0 to 10.0 mm in diameter, collected during 7 days of the follicular phase of the pig estrous cycle. This library was derived from the library UNL-P-F2. The tag is a string of 5-6 nucleotides present between the Not I site and the oligo-dT track. The library was constructed as described by Bonaldo, Lennon and Soares, Genome Research 6: 791-806, 1996.
