High-molecular weight DNA from a male individual (ID: I69) of the Okinawan Oikopleura dioica. The individual was collected from on-doing laboratory culture deriving from the wild population in Ishikawa Harbor, Okinawa. Around 200 ng of the DNA was sequenced with Oxford Nanopore MinION technology. In addition, around 5 ng of the I69 genomic DNA was whole-genome amplified and sequenced with Illumina MiSeq platform. The long-read Nanopore and short-read Illumina sequencing data from this individual was used to produce the I69-5 genome assembly.
