Description

Isolate from freshly-harvested mollusk sample (raw, not frozen) immediately stored on ice, shipped, and processed within 48 h of harvest. Single colony isolates were stored as frozen stocks as per Banerjee and Farber 2017 (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28118133)
