Description: An unidirectional cDNA library generated from [Root tips (0.3cm-long) from adult plants]. cDNA was prepared from polyA+ mRNA using SuperScript Plasmid System Kit (Invitrogen). The double-strand cDNAs were fractionated in a sepharose CL-2B 40cm-columns and fragments sizing between 0.8 and 1.5 Kb were directionally cloned into the vector.
