We report a draft-genome sequence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain 186 belonging to Beijing B0/W lineage isolated from a patient from Kurgan, Ural. This clinical isolate is characterized as resistant to isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide and ofloxacin and hyper-virulent.
