Where can I download a pdf version of the entire data dictionary (all tables and all variables)?
The content of the data dictionary is stored in a table which is dumped to a file called db_DataDictionaryNew in the shared_data directory of the dbSNP FTP site. The schema for table db_DataDictionaryNew is in ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/snp/database/shared_schema/. Please note that data dictionary is a "living" file in that we often update when there are changes in dbSNP’s schema.(01/07/08)
