Footnotes

1: Evidence from studies identified during the reviews performed to answer PICO question 2 (treatment of isoniazid-resistant TB and Mycobacterium bovis) as well as part of PICO question 4 (delay in starting MDR-TB treatment) could not be summarized as GRADE tables and thus are not included here. See also Appendix 6 for a summary of findings from studies that were not published at the time of the release of these guidelines.
