CALM2 NM_001743.5 exon 3 p.Thr35Ile (c.104C>T): This variant has not been reported in the literature but is present in 0.009% (1/10076) of Ashkenazi Jewish alleles in the Genome Aggregation Database (https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/variant/2-47389732-G-A).
