Description

The c.317T>G (p.L106R) alteration is located in exon 3 (coding exon 3) of the CATIP gene. This alteration results from a T to G substitution at nucleotide position 317, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 106 to be replaced by an arginine (R).
