Description

The c.740G>A (p.S247N) alteration is located in exon 5 (coding exon 5) of the ZNF554 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 740, causing the serine (S) at amino acid position 247 to be replaced by an asparagine (N).
