Description

The c.790G>C (p.V264L) alteration is located in exon 9 (coding exon 8) of the GSDMA gene. This alteration results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 790, causing the valine (V) at amino acid position 264 to be replaced by a leucine (L).
