Description

The c.772C>A (p.L258M) alteration is located in exon 7 (coding exon 7) of the FAM129A gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 772, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 258 to be replaced by a methionine (M).
