Description

The c.503A>G (p.K168R) alteration is located in exon 8 (coding exon 7) of the CCDC169-SOHLH2 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 503, causing the lysine (K) at amino acid position 168 to be replaced by an arginine (R).
