Description

The c.88G>A (p.A30T) alteration is located in exon 2 (coding exon 1) of the NDUFS5 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 88, causing the alanine (A) at amino acid position 30 to be replaced by a threonine (T).
