(Submitter supplied) DGRC-1 amplicon transcriptome microarrays are spotted with DNA fragments amplified from genomic DNA of the Oregon R strain of Drosophila melanogaster using gene-specific oligonucleotide primer pairs made by Incyte Genomics.
