(Submitter supplied) To identify genes with cell-lineage-specific expression not accessible by experimental micro-dissection, we developed a genome-scale iterative method, in-silico nano-dissection, which leverages high-throughput functional-genomics data from tissue homogenates using a machine-learning framework.
