Luteinizing hormone induces ovulation via tumor necrosis factor α-dependent increases in prostaglandin F2α in a nonmammalian vertebrate

(Submitter supplied) Ovulation is induced by the preovulatory surge of luteinizing hormone (LH) that acts on the ovary and triggers the rupture of the preovulatory ovarian follicle by stimulating proteolysis and apoptosis in the follicle wall, causing the release of the mature oocyte. In mammals, the pro-inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) and prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) are known to be involved in the control of ovulation but their role mediating the pro-ovulatory actions of LH has not been established. more...

Agilent-028639 RTIQ Oncorhynchus mykiss

(Submitter supplied) rainbow trout chip Arrays of this design have barcodes that begin with 16028639 or 2528639. Orientation: Features are numbered numbered Left-to-Right, Top-to-Bottom as scanned by an Agilent scanner (barcode on the left, DNA on the back surface, scanned through the glass), matching the FeatureNum output from Agilent's Feature Extraction software. The ID column represents the Agilent Feature Extraction feature number. more...
