Grossman Lab WGS8-9

(Submitter supplied) PCR products were prepared using a combination of the Sigma-Genosys Bacillus subtilis ORFmer PCR primer pairs and additional primers designed by the Grossman and Losick labs on a case-by-case basis. Products were spotted on Corning UltraGAPS aminosilane coated glass slides using a Genetix Q-Array Mini printer.
