Patient adipose stem cell-derived adipocytes reveal genetic variation that predicts anti-diabetic drug response

(Submitter supplied) Thiazolidinedione drugs (TZDs) target the transcriptional activity of PPARg to reverse insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes, but side effects limit their clinical use.
