No. 300011 00) Protocol: Degenerate oligonucleotide PCR-products from all BAC clones were prepared for spotting according to detailed protocols (Pinkel et al, 1998) with some modifications (Alers et al, 1999). All clones (three replicates for each probe) were spotted in randomised fashion across 48 subarrays, each containing 270 spots.
