Gene expression profiling in acute myeloid leukemia with mutated NPM

(Submitter supplied) Approximately one third of acute myeloid leukemias (AMLs) are characterized by aberrant cytoplasmic localization of Nucleophosmin (NPMc+ AML), consequent to mutations in the NPM putative nucleolar localization signal.
