Time course expression data from early Bovine embryo, Human embryo, and Mouse embryo

(Submitter supplied) The process of early development of mammals is subtly and accurately controlled by the regulation networks of embryo cells. Time course expression data measured at different stages during early embryo development process can give us valuable information by revealing the dynamic expression patterns of genes in genome wide scale. In this study, bovine embryo expression data were generated at oocyte, one cell stage, two cell stage, four cell stage, eight cell stage, sixteen cell stage, morula, and blastocyst; Human embryo expression data were generated at one cell stage, two cell stage, four cell stage, eight cell stage, morula, and blastocyst; Mouse embryo expression data were generated at one cell stage, two cell stage, four cell stage, eight cell stage, morula, and blastocyst. more...

Gene expression signatures for mESC treated by RNAi strategy on down regulation of gene Mtf2

(Submitter supplied) To further explore the function of Mtf2, the homolog of Drosophila Polycomb group gene PCL, we have employed the mouse whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes mediated by Mtf2. Oligos of 2 different RNAi target sites on gene Mtf2 were cloned into RNAi Vector pSuper and transfected individually into Mouse Embryonic Stem Cell line E14. Empty Vector pSuper and plasmid containing RNAi target against gene Luciferase (Firefly) were performed in the same way as negative controls. more...

Preimplantation embryonic development (Bovine)

Analysis of embryos at different stages of preimplantation embryonic development (PED): oocyte, one-cell, two-cell, four-cell, eight-cell, 16-cell, morula, and blastocyst. The progression of PED is highly conserved among mammals. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying PED.

The landscape of accessible chromatin in mammalian pre-implantation embryos (ChIP -Seq)

(Submitter supplied) In mammals, extensive chromatin reorganization is essential for reprogramming terminally committed gametes to a totipotent state during preimplantation development. However, the global chromatin landscape and its dynamics in this period remain unexplored. Here we report a genome-wide map of accessible chromatin in mouse preimplantation embryos using an improved assay for transposase-accessible chromatin with high throughput sequencing (ATAC-seq) approach with CRISPR/Cas9-assisted mitochondrial DNA depletion. more...

Gene expression analysis of in vivo originated bovine embryos fllushed out at 2- or 8-cell stages and cultured in vitro till blastocyst stage

(Submitter supplied) There is an inevitable need for combining in vitro and in vivo culture systems during specific developmental time points to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of early embryo development which would yield insights into the molecular pathways controlling early development and to improve our knowledge in regulation of embryonic development. In current study, we aimed to understand the influences of in vitro culture conditions on bovine blastocyst originated in vivo at 2- or 8-cell stagre. more...
