Expression data from Flt3L-derived bone marrow dendritic cells from WT or Clec9agfp/gfp mice treated or not with dead cells

(Submitter supplied) DNGR-1 (CLEC9A) is expressed in CD8-like dendritic cells (DCs) and detects a ligand exposed on necrotic cells. We have characterized the transcripts that are induced in cultures of Flt3L-derived bone-marrow-derived WT or DNGR1-deficient DCs upon incubation with dead cells. Microarray analysis of the transcriptome of DNGR-1-deficient and WT DCs cultured with dead cells failed to reveal any DNGR-1-dependence in the transcriptional response to dead cells.

Effect of Flt3L and DNGR-1 on the biology of tumor-infiltrating type 1 dendritic cells

(Submitter supplied) DNGR-1 is a dead cell-sensing receptor specifically expressed in type 1 conventional dendritic cells (cDC1s), but whether it plays a role in antitumor immunity remains unexplored. In our work we have explored the transcriptional profile of tumor-infiltrating cDC1s competent or deficient in DNGR-1,

Increased antigen cross-presentation but impaired cross-priming after activation of PPARγ

(Submitter supplied) Increased antigen cross-presentation but impaired cross-priming after activation of PPARγ is mediated by up-regulation of B7H1 Dendritic cells (DCs) are able to take up exogenous antigens and present antigen-derived peptides on MHC class I molecules, a process termed cross-presentation. The mannose receptor (MR), an endocytic receptor expressed on a variety of antigen-presenting cells (APCs), has been demonstrated to target soluble antigens exclusively towards cross-presentation. more...

Gene expression of Dcir-/- dendritic cells (DCs) after antigen stimuulation

(Submitter supplied) Purpose: DCIR is an inhibitory type of C-type lectin receptor that regulates DC functions. This study aimed to find the genes that could be regulated through DCIR. Method: Splenic DCs from WT and Dcir-/- mice were colutured with T cells that express specific TCR for MOG35-55 for 3 days in the presence of MOG peptide. CD11c+ cells were collected by an auto MACS. RNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using DNBSEQ-G400. more...
