Escherichia coli response to the arylamide compound PMX 10070: time course

Analysis of Escherichia coli cells treated with a sublethal concentration of the antimicrobial arylamide compound PMX 10070 for 20 and 60 minutes. Arylamides permeabilize E. coli membranes. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying the antibacterial action of arylamides.
