Gene expression levels of evolved thermotolerant yeast and its parent under fermentation condition

(Submitter supplied) Purpose: To explore the differentially expressed genes and pathways in the thermotolerant mutant compare to wildtype. To figure out the contribution of these genes and pathways to high protein expression ability in the mutant. Method: the samples were collected from the 60h fermentation culture.
