ChIP-seq identified transcription factor UvCGBP1-mediated target genes of Ustilaginoidea virens

(Submitter supplied) Transcription factor UvCGBP1 (Cutinase G-box binding protein) is a new transcription factor and it specificlly distributed in Ascomycetes.We used ChIP-seq identified more than 2000 target genes, we provide a comprehensive genome-wide binding map of CGBP1 and its regulatory network. Our results reveal new insights into the mechanism of CGBP1-mediated gene regulation in the plant fungal pathogen.

Differential expression profiling of Ustilaginoidea virens in resistant and susceptible rice varieties during early infection

(Submitter supplied) To understand pathogenicity and in planta transcriptional reprogramming, expression profiles of U. virens during infection of the resistant and susceptible cultivars were analyzed using RNA-seq data.
