(Submitter supplied) The microarray contains genes for both Thermoanaerobacter species X514 and Thermoanaerobacter pseudethanolicus 39E. The X514 probes are identical to GPL11001. X514 was used as the reference and all X514 probes were included on the array. Unique 39E genes (i.e. probes that do not cross-hybridize with X514) were included as unique spots on the array. 39E genes common between the two species were not included on the array and 39E probes that hybridized to X514 counterparts were mapped back to the 39E gene. more...
