(Submitter supplied) Oligonucleotide probes were designed to hybridize 3,572 contigs generated by the Strongyloides sequencing project. Microarrays were manufactured by Agilent SurePrint(TM) to produce spotted glass slide arrays. The spot density was 22K spots per array.
