Used to study Duchenne muscular dystrophy and Timothy syndrome. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including Brugada syndrome 3; Timothy syndrome; eye disease (multiple); hypokalemic periodic paralysis; and muscle tissue disease (multiple).
